Recipe: Cream Cheese Frosting

- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pound powdered sugar
Using an electric mixer, cream the butter and cream cheese, then add the vanilla. Slowly add the powdered sugar and beat until desired consistency.
